Terms and Conditions
Whenever necessary, Sentro 1771, at its sole discretion, may from time to time amend or otherwise modify these Terms and Conditions. Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions every time you order online.
DELIVERY TIMES, LOCATIONS AND OTHER CONDITIONS
- Deliveries are within select areas of Metro Manila only. These are generally within a five (5) kilometer radius from our operating branches. However, in case located further, our delivery partners may make exceptions on a case to case basis. A valid address is a requirement for any delivery.
- Standard delivery charge of PHP 175.00 applies to every delivery transaction.
- While access to the Site is available 24/7, actual delivery service is only available from 10:30am to 5:30pm. Orders can only be scheduled the following day at the earliest.
- This Site cannot accommodate same day deliveries, for same day deliveries please contact us directly via 7-900-9089 or (+63) 917-854-4540
- Orders received beyond the cut-off time of 5:00 pm will be dated as orders received the following day, and will be accommodated from 12NN onwards.
- Special Orders, defined herein as a single order amounting to at least Php 15,000.00, or orders specially marked in the website, must be ordered at least forty eight (48) hours in advance to ensure adequate preparation
- We shall exert reasonable efforts to meet the guaranteed delivery time, where applicable. You understand and accept, however, that any delay due to traffic, security procedures especially for gated communities and condominiums, inclement weather or similar circumstances, are beyond our control and should not at any time be taken against us.
- To ensure the safety of its riders and delivery partners, Sentro 1771 may temporarily suspend deliveries to selected areas due to inclement weather or other adverse conditions.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CONFIRMATION
- Sentro 1771’s representatives may call or contact you on your specified contact details for validation of your order and other details. Your order will only be processed once it has been validated by a Sentro 1771 representative. Please ensure your availability based on the provided contact details.
- Sentro 1771’s acceptance of an order occurs when ALL three (3) conditions have been met:
- You receive an on-screen message or an email confirming your order has been placed with its unique Order # (“Order Confirmation” hereinafter)
- Your order has been fully paid, and such payment has been duly received by Sentro 1771, or its authorized agent.
- The order has been confirmed via email, text or phone call from a representative of Sentro 1771
- The acceptance of any orders through the Site shall be at the sole discretion of Sentro 1771. We reserve the right to decline to accept the order or deliver the Products without giving any reason.
- For deliveries with lead time of less than 24 hours between the time of order and the scheduled time of delivery, orders may only be cancelled within ten (10) minutes from the time that the order was placed by calling Sentro 1771 and providing your order details.
- Special Orders may no longer be cancelled if:
- It is already within 48 hours from scheduled time of delivery
- At least 24 hours have lapsed from Order Confirmation
- If payment is made via credit card and the cancellation of order was successful, it will be your responsibility to contact the issuing bank to cancel the payment made.
- In case of a refund, any requests should immediately be made to email@example.com or through our Customer Service team at (+63) 917-854-4540.
- Notwithstanding the above clauses of Cancellation of Orders, refunds, whether partial or in full, may only be allowed in the following cases:
- Delivery of wrong item, or based on the Order Confirmation, not all items in the Order were delivered
- The order was delivered to an incorrect address and it was received by a different person not related to the customer / customer’s household
- While we endeavour to always provide the 1771’s Group’s signature dining experience, whether for dine-in or delivery, we cannot provide refunds merely because the order’s taste, flavor, etc. did not satisfy your personal preference.
- Refunds for orders paid online via credit card must be processed by you through your issuing bank
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Unless otherwise stated in writing, all Prices are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).
- Standard delivery charge of PHP 175.00 applies to every delivery transaction.
- Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or Credit Card (Visa and Master Card only).
- Cashless payment on-site will involve a redirection to a third-party payment gateway.
- Your order (whether via delivery or take out) is best when consumed immediately upon receipt
- Refrigerate if not consumed within two (2) hours.
- Adequately reheat refrigerated food before consumption.
- Notwithstanding the above options for refrigeration and reheating, Sentro 1771 will not be liable for any event that may arise as a result of not consuming the order within two (2) hours from actual time of receipt of order
- From time to time, Sentro 1771 may offer products subject to special offers.
- Any special offer shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. In case of inconsistency between the special offer and these Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail. Sentro 1771 reserves the right to change the conditions and/or availability of special offers or withdraw them at our discretion.
- All special offers are valid only within the promotional period, are subject to change and are not valid in conjunction with other offers, unless otherwise stated.
INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR ORDERS AND MEMBERSHIP
- When you place an order, our online store receives necessary Information such as:
- Phone Number
- Delivery Instructions (Address/Delivery Time and Date/Special instructions when applicable)
- Products Ordered and the total price
- To become a Sentro 1771 member, you'll need to provide:
- First Name & Last Name
- And a Username & Password to log-in
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- By using this Site, you agree to indemnify Sentro 1771, its officers, directors, parents, partners, employees, agents, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries and their related companies for any and all claims, damages, losses and causes of action arising out of any breach of this agreement.
- The materials on this Site are transmitted and distributed "as is, where is" and appear on the Site without express or implied warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Sentro 1771 makes no warranty as to the quality, accuracy, completeness and validity of any materials on the website and does not warrant that the functions contained on the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. When a mistake is noticed, we will correct it as soon as possible and will notify customers who are affected. Where necessary, an order may be cancelled prior to shipping the product. Where applicable law does not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, the foregoing exclusions may not apply to you.
- While Sentro 1771 makes every effort to ensure this Site is free of viruses, spam and other harmful applications, it is nonetheless prudent for you to run an anti-virus program on all material downloaded from the internet. Sentro 1771 cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, disruption or damage to your data or computer system which may occur whilst using material from Sentro 1771 website.
- Sentro 1771 is not responsible for the contents or the reliability of any linked websites and does not necessarily endorse the views expressed within them. Sentro is not responsible for the content nor privacy practices of such websites.
- The names, images and logos identifying Sentro 1771 are proprietary marks of the 1771 GROUP OF RESTAURANTS and its operating companies. The copying use of the Sentro logo, any other Sentro-related logos, photographic images or third party logos accessed via this website is not permitted without the prior written approval from the 1771 GROUP.
GOODS & SERVICES
- The advertisement/s on this Site cannot be considered as a binding contract and will not in any way be a source of a right unless the good/s or service/s undergone the process of posting order and confirmation.
- The availability of goods and services on this Site may be subject to change at the sole discretion of Sentro 1771
- One of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. Most pages our Site can be visited without requiring you to provide any personal information. However, should you wish to place an order, some personal information, such as your name, address, and contact details will be required to proceed.
- Such information is necessary to provide our services. Any and all information/s gathered will be processed and stored in accordance with the Data Privacy Act.
- Sentro is not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of websites to which it may link.
THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSOR
- Sentro 1771 takes the security and privacy of your billing information seriously. All credit/debit card payments are processed over a secure connection using a third-party payment gateway.
- Sentro 1771 does not store credit/debit card details and instead relies on said third party for this.
- You acknowledge that Sentro 1771 will not be responsible for any information provided in the payment gateway
- Sentro 1771 may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site, including, but not limited to, any bulletin boards on its Site, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of this agreement.
- In the event this agreement is terminated, the restrictions regarding materials appearing on the website, and the representations and warranties, indemnities and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement will survive any such termination.
